Apply online *

No need to visit a bank - you can apply for and manage your OzForex Travel Card online.  Once your application has been approved, the card (along with a second backup card) will be mailed to your residential address.

*For Mac users - Please ensure pop ups are allowed. Go to Settings > Safari > Block Pop Ups – OFF.

Activate your card

To activate your card follow these steps:

  1. Click on the ‘Activate my card’ button
  2. Follow the prompts and choose a username and password
  3. Log in and set your PIN

You need to follow the same steps when activating your second card or replacement cards.

Adding money to your card

Adding money to your OzForex Travel Card is easy.  Login to your bank account via the internet - or mobile phone if your bank has this option - from anywhere in the world and transfer money to your card using the BPAY® details which are available on the back of your OzForex Travel Card.  Please ensure that you have registered for BPAY® with your financial institution.

Convert your money

To convert your money you log in and create a foreign currency ‘wallet’ for each currency that you wish to load on to your card. In addition to your AUD wallet, you can create up to eight different wallets: US Dollar; Euro; Great British Pound; New Zealand Dollar; Hong Kong Dollar; Singapore Dollar; Canadian Dollar and Japanese Yen.

You then select the currency you want to convert and the amount and if you are happy with the quote, book it in and you will receive your foreign currency immediately.

Using your card

You can use your OzForex Travel Card wherever Master Card is accepted electronically. This includes withdrawing ATMs, spending in-store or purchasing online. Like a credit card, just press ’Credit’ when making a transaction. If your card is lost or stolen, you can put a stop on it immediately by phoning our call centre which is available 24/7.
