Neil Helm - Chief Executive Officer B.Sc (Hons) Monash UniversityA Division Director with Macquarie Banking and Financial Services, Neil joined OzForex as CEO when Macquarie acquired a majority share of the company in June 2007. Neil had 16 years of experience in the financial services industry with Accenture and BT before joining Macquarie in 1999 to take a leading role in building its private wealth business. During his career, Neil spent significant time working in the USA, Hong Kong, UK, Singapore and New Zealand. This international experience and the senior positions he has held in Australia, have given Neil a solid understanding of global financial markets and strong skills in people management, strategic development, financial analysis, budgeting, planning and change management. |

Matt Gilmour - Founder and Joint Managing Director B.Ec Sydney, M.Bus UTSMatt has over 15 years experience in foreign exchange in Australia and overseas. Matt started at Goodman Fielder as treasury dealer and foreign exchange manager and then moved to Westpac to focus on institutional business. In 1996, Matt joined Bankers Trust Australia, working as the sector head for fund managers in the Asian region. By 1998, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Head of Foreign Exchange Sales and was voted in Australia's Top 10 foreign exchange advisers in BRW Magazine's annual BRW Forex Survey. Following Bankers Trust purchase by Deutsche Bank, Matt moved to UBS Warburg Singapore as Director of Foreign Exchange. Matt founded OzForex in 1998 with the aim of bringing exceptional exchange rates and service to commercial and private clients via innovative technology and highly trained staff. |

Gary Lord - Joint Managing Director B.Com UNSWGary was appointed Joint Managing Director of OzForex in May 2005. Based in Sydney, he is responsible for managing OzForex's expansion into overseas markets, as well as building OzForex's product suite and overseeing relationships with the group's banking partners. Gary brings more than 20 years' financial markets experience to the role, having worked with leading institutional group Bankers Trust Australia Limited in Sydney and Singapore. Gary joined Bankers Trust Australia as a Money Market dealer and by 1998 he was appointed Managing Director, Head of Asian Foreign Exchange. Gary left BT in July 1999 to pursue other interests, while continuing to manage a portfolio of personal investments. He has AFMA Accredited Dealer Status (1996) and was an AFMA Board Member from 1989-1995 (Bankers Trust Australia representative). |

Julian Potter - Divisional Director, Macquarie Direct Julian joined Macquarie Bank in March 2007 to lead the bank's credit card business start-up. His role has since been expanded to include leadership of direct distribution of Macquarie's retail products. Julian joined Macquarie Bank after 16 years at Citibank where his career included leadership positions of numerous functions both locally and in Singapore including credit card and personal loan business management, customer analytics and credit risk and collections management. |

Steve Halpern - Executive Director, Macquarie Private Wealth Steve Halpern is an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank and Head of Strategic Investments for Macquarie Private Wealth, which sits within the Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS). Steve is responsible for the relationship management and value realisation of the businesses that Macquarie has formed strategic alliances with, as well as looking for new opportunities that are aligned with Macquarie's business model. Until February 2009 Steve was Head of Group Services for BFS, responsible for the delivery of shared services to the BFS businesses, facilitation and support of the Group's growth in new products; segments and markets. Prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer of the Macquarie Group's then Banking and Property Group from 1997. Steve has extensive international and domestic experience in operations and financial management. Including management of: banking support functions, strategic deployment of technology, systems development, financial control and a wide breadth of both staff and line positions in dynamic environments. |
